If there's a fit, the next step is the PPS Backbone Review: four weeks at a fixed fee, with one fix working by the end. A successor who can't make the change openly yet starts with the successor's route instead. If there isn't a fit, we'll say so.

Before you book
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. It takes 30 minutes, costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If there is a fit, the next step is the PPS Backbone Review: four weeks with a fixed scope and a fixed fee.
Who will I speak to?
Rahul Kulkarni, who leads diagnosis, design, governance and vendor selection. If the work goes ahead, Rashmi Kulkarni leads implementation, adoption and handover.
Can we talk under an NDA?
Yes. If you'd rather share details under a non-disclosure agreement, tell us when you book and we'll send one before the call.
