PPS Consulting India (PPS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Thane, Maharashtra, India) is an operations transformation firm for founder-led and family-run businesses. We turn an owner's most important goal into one plan and a weekly rhythm, set up a Project Management Office (PMO) to run it, redesign workflows and SOPs, get existing tools into daily use, and build the internal team that keeps it going. Its two founders, Rahul Kulkarni and Rashmi Kulkarni, lead every engagement, with specialists as needed.

We have worked with clients in North America, Europe, Africa, the GCC, India, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Clients abroad work with us remotely, in hours that overlap the US, the UK and Europe, and we travel where it matters.
