Privacy policy
This website has no forms and sets no cookies of its own. We see only what you choose to send us, by email, WhatsApp, phone or the booking calendar, and we use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask us to do.
Who is responsible for your information?

What do we collect?
- When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call: your name, your contact details and what you tell us.
- When you book a call: your name, your email address and your answers to the booking form's questions. The calendar runs on Microsoft Bookings and loads only when you choose to open it; Microsoft sets its own cookies when it does.
- When you visit: our host, Cloudflare, handles the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you ask for, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use no analytics or advertising tools.
- The PPS Backbone Check scores your answers in your browser and sends us nothing. The 4Sync Method toolkit downloads without a signup.
How do we use it?
To reply to you, to arrange and hold the call, to send you what you asked for and, if you engage us, to do the work and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it?
Microsoft runs our email and the booking calendar, and Cloudflare hosts this website; each handles information for us under its own privacy terms. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's terms apply to that message. We share information with anyone else only when the law requires it. These providers may process information outside India.
How long do we keep it?
As long as we need it to reply to you and, if we work together, for the engagement and the records the law asks us to keep. Then we delete it.
What can you ask us to do?
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to consult@ppsconsulting.biz. If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can take it to the data protection authority where you live.
When does this policy change?
When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
